Muftul is one of the popular Palestinian dishes consisting of granules or small molded balls that are prepared manually at home, or are ready to be bought from the market. This dish is prepared in the popular occasions in Palestine as a popular dish, usually on holidays and occasions. Some ingredients vary in preparation according to the different regions but often come from burghul, white flour, yams, meat, or municipal chicken, pepper, cumin, salt. The margarine consists of pumpkins, onions, tomatoes, carrots, chickpeas, meat broth, pepper and salt. Its production varies from one country to another. In Palestine and Jordan, this dish is sometimes added to the tomato, and sometimes the peeled and cut tomatoes after the muffin and its composition are drained.
